Administrative Officer - Legal Team (Contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update the legal document management system, ensuring proper filing and accessibility of records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and government agencies to support contract execution, compliance, and legal processes.
• Monitor deadlines and legal requirements, manage follow-ups for ongoing legal matters, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
• Oversee budget requests, petty cash, invoice processing, and the development of projects or systems to streamline contract management for the Legal Team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Hardworking, with a positive mindset, and willing to assist with tasks as requested by the Legal Team.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, document handling, or contract processes is an advantage.
