Assistant Manager (Commercial Ventilation Product)
About this position
In the role of Commercial Ventilation Product Assistant Manager, you will support the Commercial Ventilation Product Manager (CVPM) to improve the organization's product market position and financial growth in the Commercial Ventilation market sector, such as general ventilation, smoke exhaust, kitchen exhaust and etc., in commercial buildings (shopping mall, office) or residential buildings (condominium/residential).
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the CVPM to lead commercial application teams, provide effective solutions to customer enquiries and ensure the quality of customer service.
• Understand and analyse commercial ventilation enquiries and requirements from customers and Kruger Associates.
• Provide effective technical (fan selection, fan engineering/application clarification) and commercial (quotation) solutions within 24 hours.
• Identify and categorize customer enquiry as routine work / potential market demand and discuss with the CVPM to set up product strategy.
• Prepare and conduct the Kruger product launch, presentation and training.
• Have a good knowledge of Kruger products and Fan Engineering/Applications.
• Provide training to Kruger associates.
• Support CVPM for new Kruger Commercial Ventilation Product launch preparation, or host product launch presentation whenever necessary.
• Communicate and collect market information and data from Kruger Associates, summarize the problems/needs of each local market and provide written reports to the CVPM.
• Collect market data (such as application requirements, competitor information...), analyse and summarize problems or potential market needs.
• Execute the department's short, medium and long-term product development plans defined by the CVPM.
• Manage and lead projects and coordinate with stakeholders to meet the projects’ launch target and ensure successful product sales. Identity and report major risks and issues to the CVPM, and propose solutions whenever necessary.
• Convert market requirements into product development concept/target prepare product charter proposal document.
• Kick off product projects and work with the R&D, Engineering, and other internal departments to meet product launch target.
• Conduct weekly meetings with internal departments for progress updates and potential project risks, and propose solutions whenever necessary.
• Work with Creative Marketing Department to ensure product promotional plans and activities are effectively executed.
