Technical Support Dryparts Mechanic
About this position
The Technical Support Dryparts Mechanic position involves providing first-level technical support for dry part mechanics, ensuring effective communication with customers and engineers, and managing service issues and claims.
Responsibilities
• Technical Support 1st Level for Dry Part Mechanic.
• Communicate & support customers' problems via phone, email, conference and face-to face meetings.
• Communicate & support engineers’ problems via phone, email, conference and face-to face coaching.
• Create and manage customer service ticket clarification or prioritize escalation to management level.
• Once the issue has been reproduced, to diagnose the issue and record report.
• Monitoring and determine special tools Dry Part Mechanic to facilitate supporting.
• Support and manage claim issue Dry Part Mechanic.
• Ensure all Dry Part Mechanic issues are prompt support and resolve.
• Act as the primary liaison between company and customers.
• Act as a consultant and offers solutions for customers' problems for Dry Part Mechanic.
• Track and manage work record for Dry Part Mechanic.
• Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, consulting, Dry Part Mechanic.
• Prepare accurate and timely report.
• Transfer technical knowledge Dry Part Mechanic to engineer.
• Onsite support Dry Part Mechanic customer problem time-to-time.
• Onsite support Dry Part Mechanic engineer in work issue time-to-time.
• Coaching and audit engineer in order development process.
• Support Academy in term of customer trainer – Dry Part Mechanic.
• Support Academy in term of Service trainer – Dry Part Mechanic.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 4 – 7 years of experience is preferred
• Prior experience in working in multinational teams is preferred
• Proficiency in English
