About this position

The Regional Human Resources Generalist is responsible for delivering HR service excellence across the Asia Pacific region, managing talent acquisition, payroll processes, and advising local management on HR topics and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Delivering HR service excellence to entities that are part of the Shared Service set up in Asia Pacific.
• Handling the talent acquisition process, ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless succession of new talent in the respective countries.
• Executing the payroll process with service providers and internal stakeholders in the respective countries.
• Advising local management in the respective countries on various HR topics and local labor law.
• Reviewing and updating local HR policies and procedures in the respective countries and ensuring it is in line with local regulations and regional/corporate company guidelines.
• Handling the posting of job advertisements from APAC on various recruiting channels (Global KRONES Job portal, LinkedIn) and supporting recruiting activities as required.
• Taking over parts of the operative handling of compensation and benefits processes in cooperation with the Head of HR Region APAC.
• Supporting regional talent analysis and development initiatives in APAC.
• Supporting operative handling of international development programs or assignments in APAC.
• Supporting the implementation of new HR systems/software and other digitalization/standardization projects.
• Taking over additional generalist HR work packages resulting from HR transformation projects and as delegated by the Head of HR Region APAC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or any related fields.
• Experience in professional experience as HR Generalist /HR Business partner or similar.
• Good command in English (Read, Written, Spoken).
• Ability to work in international/inter-regional teams.
• Familiar with SAP/SUCCESS FACTORS/LINKEDIN TALENT SOLUTIONS.
• Proactive thinking, Problem solving competence.
• Service and consultation mindset (towards management).
• Ability to learn (Abroad labor law from Shared Service countries).
• Time and self-management, well organized, and able to work to meet deadline with strong sense of emergency handling.
