Logistics Support Officer
About this position
The Logistics Support Officer is responsible for preparing shipment documents and coordinating the process of obtaining the Certificate of Origin, along with other assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
• Prepare all documents related to shipment and as per requirement process of Certificate of Origin condition e.g. imports and exports documents, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L) & Air Waybill (AWB) and Customs Formality
• Coordinate with Chamber of Commerce to request Certificate of Origin
• Co-ordinate with related departments for process of Certificate of Origin
• Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree Logistic, or other fields related to the job
• Have experience in import export documentation will be an advantage.
• Good in computer skills especially MS office applications (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Have negotiation skills and coordinate very well
• Have a good attitude towards work and teamwork
