Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities
• Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of goals and objectives.
• Analyzing current business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyzing process, business and performance data and gathering requirements for process enhancements.
• Mapping of existing processes (using BPML) and designing efficient as well as effective workflows and procedures.
• Partnering with IT representatives to enhance business process automation.
• Monitoring and measuring performance across organizational goals and objectives.
• Creating and implementing performance measurement systems and reports (BI Reports).
• Ensuring continuous business process improvement by setting control points using known methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for processes, procedures, and policies.
• Providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and process management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, IT or any related field.
• Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data.
• Excellent in MS Excel, Power BI, or related programming.
• Trained in business process, data and performance management, business analytics.
• Experienced in Project Management and Change Management.
• Good command of English language.
