About this position
Responsibilities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify LCS Market Potential for Operating Supplies (KIC)
• Monitor and update the market situation including competitors, industry and market condition
• Engage with Management to establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities
• Elaborating Regional Business Plans for the KRONES Operating Supply Business
• Implementation of cross-functional projects in the international area
• Drive the establishment of a regional supply chain for Operating Supplies such as adhesives, lubricants, disinfectants and cleaning agents
• Support with regulatory and legal issues in the project and coordination of these with the KIC Krones quality and contract management
• Support in the further development of the KIC Krones Asia Pacific strategy
• Responsible for achieving goals in the KIC business and projects (time, costs, quality); Monitoring and measuring performance
• Intensive exchange between Krones branches in APAC, KIC Krones strategic partners, KIC Krones technology and SALES department
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in business development for operating supplies or related field
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Profound knowledge of Operating Supplies like adhesives, lubricants, disinfectants, cleaning agents and filtration
• Strong in negotiation, marketing intelligence, customer relationship management
• Excellent in MS Office and experience in SAP and Salesforce
• Master Strategic Thinking, Communication and Presentation
• Very Good command of English language
