About this position

The Credit Reporting Analyst at Krom Bank will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on customer credit data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves working with internal teams to generate reports on creditworthiness, analyzing data from credit bureaus, and ensuring that the bank's credit reporting systems are up to date. The position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of banking regulations related to credit reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal systems with accurate credit information.
• Generate and review credit reports from multiple credit bureaus to evaluate the financial status of clients.
• Ensure the timely submission of credit data to credit reporting agencies in line with regulatory deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., risk management, compliance, & Finance Accounting) to address credit reporting issues.
• Perform audits on credit reporting processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
• Adhere to national regulations governing credit reporting such as POJK, PBI, and other relevant laws.
• Ensure that the bank's credit reporting practices align with internal policy.
• Regularly report accurate and up-to-date credit information to relevant regulatory agencies as required by law.
• Submit required credit reporting data (e.g., customer loan balances, repayment histories, defaults) to regulators in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to regulators detailing the bank's compliance with credit reporting regulations.
• Provide requested documentation or evidence of internal controls and credit reporting processes to demonstrate adherence to regulatory standards.
• Identify, investigate, and report any errors or discrepancies found in credit data or reporting that may affect compliance.
• Take corrective actions where necessary to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting to regulators and credit bureaus.
• Ensure all required credit data is submitted to the regulator within established deadlines, including any special or ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Meet the deadlines for submitting periodic or annual credit reporting filings to regulatory.
• Ensure that all credit reporting data submitted to regulators is handled securely and in accordance with data privacy laws and standards.
• Work to prevent unauthorized access or breaches of sensitive.

• Provide the required annual, quarterly, or other periodic reports to regulatory authorities detailing the bank's credit reporting activities and compliance status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years in credit admin or credit reporting.
• Certifications in banking or financial services would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and interact.
