Brand Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop, execute and monitor brand strategies and key activities in order to increase the company's brand awareness and strengthen the brand positioning in the market
• Manage Krom's brand identity, messaging, and reputation
• Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all channels
• Contribute to the marketing strategy by social listening to understand customers’ needs and following recent trends to gather all information and knowledge that will be used as inputs in developing the next strategy with the end goal of customer’s acquisition
• Translate marketing strategy / brief into structured executional activities with a strong collaboration with assigned agencies to ensure successful projects/events
• Develop and implement effective user communication for product marketing purposes as well as branding or promotional campaigns
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment including advertising campaigns. Understands business impact of each budget/investment.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and alignment of activities
Requirements
• Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Sales or Business
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as Brand Marketing or similar role
• Strong understanding of the banking industry and customer needs
• Experience in working with cross functional teams
• Highly creative, great attention to detail, and passionate about creating great content
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate ideas
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment with minimum supervision
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
• A self-starter and an independent thinker
