Responsibilities
• Execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers to the digital banking platform.
• Reach potential target markets through digital channels (social media, online ads, email marketing) and offline channels (events, seminars).
• Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for digital banking products.
• Analyze competitor activities and the market to ensure that the marketing strategies applied remain competitive.
• Maintain accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction and offering services that align with their needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive user experience and long-term loyalty.
• Prepare reports related to marketing activities and account maintenance.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
• In-depth understanding of market analysis and consumer behavior in the digital banking industry.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools.
• Experience in client account management, including long-term relationship maintenance and resolving customer issues related to digital banking products or services.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management (CRM) to maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing within the banking industry.
