About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้มีหน้าที่อบรมพนักงานของ Krispykreme ทั้งในด้านทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ รวมถึงการวางแผนหลักสูตรและการจัดการฝึกอบรมให้มีประสิทธิภาพ.

Responsibilities

• อบรมภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติให้กับพนักงานของ Krispykreme
• วางแผนหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• set-up สาขาใหม่
• จัดทำสื่อการฝึกอบรมและปรับปรุงคู่มือการทำงานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
• วางแผนการสั่งวัตถุดิบและควบคุมต้นทุนเครื่องดื่มในการฝึกอบรมให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน
• ดูแลความสะอาดเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ รวมถึงภาพลักษณ์ของห้องอบรมของบริษัทฯ
• งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

• มีความสามารถ และประสบการณ์ทางด้านบาริสต้า อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• มีใจรักด้านบริการ ชอบแนวการสอน และการถ่ายทอดความรู้
• มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหาร หรือธุรกิจค้าปลีก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
