About this position

We're seeking a talented Senior UX Writer to join Kredivo! As a Senior UX Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You'll collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to craft clear, concise, and compelling user interface text.

Responsibilities

• User Experience Writing: Write clear, concise, and engaging user interface text, including microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and in-app messaging
• Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex UX problems
• Content Strategy: Implement an evolving content strategy that aligns with our product goals and user needs
• Brand Voice and Tone: Ensure consistent brand voice and tone usage across all user-facing content
• Copy Research: Work with UX researchers to track copy performance and inform content decisions to improve user experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and product requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, and/or other similar roles
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging language
• Obsessive attention-to-detail
• Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Ditto, etc.)
• Experience with UX design and/or UX research is a plus
• A passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
