Risk Reporting - Assistant Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of analysts to ensure all risk and regulatory reports meet with the deadline and other requirements especially in term of accuracy and compliance
• Continuously review the process, timelines and quality of reports
• Working with respective units to accommodate changes on business process or regulations into reporting databases and reports
• Maintain reporting databases and solve any issues related to them
• Prepare data for any inquiries from the regulators, lenders and other stakeholders
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field
• Minimum 3 years working experience of handling MIS/Analytics for Credit/Risk Management in Banking/Multifinance/Fintech or equivalent
• Previous exposure to regulatory reports, e.g. SLIK, SILARAS, PUSDAFIL
• Having at least 1 year of experience in managing a team
• Experience working with large datasets using SQL is a must
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Good logical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
