The Quality Control Field Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing quality control procedures, leading field collection teams, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for field collection operations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of field collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, document, and rectify any issues or discrepancies in collection practices.
• Supervise, train, and support field collection teams, ensuring they adhere to quality control procedures.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to field staff.
• Analyze collection data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare detailed reports on collection performance, data quality, and process adherence.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
• Continuously assess and improve quality control processes to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of field collections.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline field collection and quality assurance.
• Ensure all field collection activities comply with relevant financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure all field staff adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., quality management, finance, business administration).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, field collections, or a related field within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading field teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate collection data.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, data analysis software).
• Experience in the multifinance or banking industry.
