About this position

Our Tools Product Squad is responsible for orchestrating proper alignment across the organization, playing an integral role in aligning internal operations, supporting overall strategy and accelerating product growth. We are looking for a well-rounded Senior Product Manager to be assigned to this squad.

Responsibilities

• Set the product roadmap and strategies aligned with the stakeholders needs
• Lead exploratory investigations to identify opportunities to improve the performance and quality of your products, and develop hypotheses into concrete projects.
• Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features, and products
• Trusted track record of shipping quality, on-time products that has a measurable positive impact on the business
• Guide, direct, coach, and coordinate a team of product managers in delivering multiple projects with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a product manager
• Extremely strong communication skills
• Strong intuition for the stakeholder behaviour and expectation
• Strong command of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of product management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to conduct deep-dive analysis for product feature optimization and trouble shooting
• Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage, coach, and direct the team
