IT Specialist - Application & Platform
About this position
Kredivo Group is seeking an IT Specialist - Application to take ownership of the company’s knowledge and project management tools (Jira and Confluence), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business requirements while implementing best practices for configuration and security.
Responsibilities
• Assume the role as the owner of Atlassian products in the whole Kredivo Group, including applications such as: Jira Software, Confluence, and others.
• Responsible for the daily management of the applications including: gap analysis, business analysis, change management, and vendor management.
• Responsible for the standardization of the platform, such as: implementing security config, data/schema cleanup, and follow up on audit findings.
• Contribute to development projects, which involves automations through the Jira platform, or integrations between Jira and other applications.
• Build good relationships with the application users and stakeholders, to understand how the platform may solve business problems and deliver added value for the identified processes.
• Assume the role as the single point of contact for all application related inquiries (including technical and non-technical inquiries), and be able to provide solutions to a complex problem using Jira.
• Maintain alignment of initiatives, projects, plans to other verticals within the team such as: Network, Identity, and Ops.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in the field of science or engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing Atlassian products on cloud, such as: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Proven experience in projects to implement integration between Jira and other SaaS-based applications, or projects to automate business processes through Jira automations.
• Proven understanding of the internal mechanism of Jira Software and Confluence, such as: schemes, permissions, API token management, and integration with Atlassian Guard.
• Proven understanding of integration technologies, such as REST-based API and how to implement logic (ETL) in the integration through a middleware (intermediary layer).
• Basic understanding of fundamental concepts within enterprise applications, for example: Application types and roles (HRIS, Directory Service, etc), SSO technologies, Email technologies and standard, Integration technologies, and Security technologies.
• Knowledge and experience in Python language for integration projects are greatly appreciated.
• High sense of ownership of job scope and managed portfolios, able to operate / propose independently with minimal supervision.
• Assertive, able to propose improvements or initiatives after observation on specific application scopes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
