Field Collection Team Leader
About this position
The Field Collection Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the field collection team, ensuring performance targets are met, and implementing effective collection strategies.
Responsibilities
• Ensure account distribution to in house team according to bucket handling
• Ensure field collector knows and understands the KPI to be achieved
• Review result from QC Field
• Compiling report performance collection
• Prepare incentive calculation based on performance and scheme
• Ensure memo from visitation result field collector to customer recorded in system
• Coaching low performance field collection team member
• Ensure no high risk findings will be impacted to business sustainability
• Prepare, document and monitor strategy effectiveness and custody of the collection strategy/procedure
• Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of all collection strategies
Requirements
• Having experience as Field Collection Team Leader or Supervisor at least for 2 years
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's degree in any field
• Good knowledge in Collection
• Good leadership; be able to build and lead a team
• Able to read collection reports
• Good understanding in control, monitoring and coaching
• Able to speak English, minimum passive
• Able to work under pressure and target
• Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
• Willing to be placed in the field and go to the office twice a week
