Engagement & Retention Manager - Growth
About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end business ownership of in-app features like Games and Missions through partnership with Product and Marketing teams, driving their adoption and impact to retention metrics
• Blend user-centered creativity with data analytics to use data to uncover insights while bringing bold, user-centered ideas to design compelling and sticky experiences
• Dive deep into user behaviour, pain points, and motivations to create delightful features with product while developing compelling propositions and messaging that resonate with users with marketing teams
• Demonstrate user empathy by considering what users needs and wants through proper customer segmentation and develop targeted engagement strategies accordingly
• Analyze outcomes and iterate quickly with a continuous loop to experiment with new ideas to improve the impact of engagement strategies
• Conduct thorough market research to identify local and global competitive landscape and trends in engagement levers
Requirements
• Proven experience in managing engagement-focused product features (e.g. gamification, loyalty programs, missions) in consumer apps
• Demonstrated success in balancing innovative ideas that connect with users on deeper level with outside the box thinking and data analytics to inform business decisions
• User-centered thinking with the ability to understand deeply for what users want and need
• Strong communicator and team player who thrives in cross-functional environment
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or lending industries is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles
