The Manager, Order Management will lead the order management team, ensuring efficient processing of orders and collaboration with suppliers and customers.
Responsibilities
• Leading order management team, ensuring all orders are in system as soon as possible and POs are shared with all suppliers.
• SC tracker maintenance – ensuring all data is corrected and up to dated at any point of time in SC tracker.
• Invoicing status reporting and ensuring there are no delays in issuing invoices.
• Driving efficiencies in terms of full containerization, proactive reporting challenges, etc. internally and externally with customers as well.
• Collaboration with customers to understand the challenges they are facing and find best possible solutions to fix it.
Requirements
• High proficiency in Excel.
• SAP knowledge will be a bonus.
• English language is a must.
• Customer service/Logistics/SCM experience.
• Experience of managing people in team.
• Good communication and collaboration Skills.
• Ability to simplify and agility.
• Problem solver with commercial sense.
• Managing situation in high pressure.
