About this position
A Consumer Insight Associate Manager role's main responsibilities are focused on conducting research and providing insights to support marketing and innovation efforts.
Responsibilities
• Conduct research activity to gather insights for their category 
• Give recommendation based on the consumer data to stakeholders (e.g Marketing and R&D team).  
• Conduct routine analysis of market share data and home panel data.  
• Owning brand health tracking study.  
• Partnering with brand and R&D team to develop innovation pipeline based on consumer data & test
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of consumer insight role experience (FMCG is preferred, but other industries are also welcomed).
• Has experience in handling innovation projects
• Technical skills Nielsen & Kantar data
