• Responsible for business growth and achievement of General Trade sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated region. Be accountable of all activities and P&L within scope.
• Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities. Implement strict control of order taking, delivery, merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines at designated region.
• Pilot, adapt and roll-out Go To Market initiatives. Take full leadership of execution and change management at designated region.
• Contribute to build and lead implementation of Kraft Heinz distributor management strategy set-up, standardized practices, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, strategic business reviews, system and organization capability development, including termination of non-performing entities at designated region.
• Accountable of sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within scope at designated region.
• Inspire, develop, manage and lead team. Review and drive team performance, grow and retain top talents.
• Ensure distributor financial compliance, provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring at designated region.
• Relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
