About this position

KPMG in Thailand is seeking a bright, ambitious human resources professional to join the talent acquisition team, ideally with experience in Information Technology (IT) recruiting. The role involves partnering with internal business leaders to understand their needs and communicating KPMG's value proposition to potential employees.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for consulting both technology and business service lines, and handling job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, assessing and interviewing candidates.
• Provide professional support and advice on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly. Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
• Act as a steward for the KPMG brand and help contribute positively and creatively to the KPMG identity and values.
• Responsible for engaging with universities, taking part in roadshows, giving presentations and other firm activities that lead in promoting our branding.
• Conduct the orientation program for new staff and interns.
• Support and contribute to recruitment activities and/or projects such as employer branding, ad hoc projects as required and contribute to firm activities and/or projects such as employee engagement, employee relations, people development, etc.
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
• Actively involve in HR digital transformation projects, prompting the adoption of streamlined, technology-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field preferred but other disciplines will be considered.
• 1 - 2 years of proven work experience in recruitment – ideally as a Technical Recruiter. New grad is also welcome.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
• Strategic thinker who can work independently and creatively – someone who can “go the extra mile”.
• Strong project management and process skills - an ability to be structured, practical and detail oriented is essential for this role.
