We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist/ Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our HR functions, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the employee experience, to reinforce our Human Resources team and business requirements.
Responsibilities
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive effective recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
• Training & Development: Lead training programs that align with global HR strategies and foster individual growth.
• Organizational Development: Manage succession planning, talent requisition, and employee development programs.
• Employee Experience: Enhance employer branding and improve overall employee experience through strategic HR initiatives.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven working experience in HR function or any field with international exposure.
• Strong skills in people development and learning management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
