About this position

We are hiring a Project Surveyor who can help us to conduct site/location survey according to candidate/potential new stores list as well as capturing and providing the necessary comprehensive data & details to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Preparing survey schedule for his/her team and vendor, ensuring survey by vendor runs well and ensuring the data completion
• Performing location survey include fulfilling technical survey form, area measurement, technical MEP checking, electrical checking, pipeline, signage, etc
• Taking detail photos and videos data of the candidate new stores and the environments around, which would be necessary for the next process
• Working with Project Supervisor to analyze the survey result if there is any potential issues in site
• Formulating and estimating problems that will be appear based on the initial condition of the candidate new stores
• Providing recommendation according to problem estimation list
• Ensuring the drawing and survey result distribution runs well appropriately
• Controlling and delivering of the surveying requirements for the surveying team to meet the project needs
• Controlling and maintaining of all survey equipment in line with the company’s procedures
• Tracing the drawing from survey result (from internal/vendor) into CAD work
• Providing photos and videos, completed with the requirement details
• Providing the completed survey form and checklist
• Working with Project Supervisor to distribute data to relevant vendors
• Supporting the superior in delivery of survey requirements for the project

Requirements

• Min D3/Bachelor Degree in Engineer/Civil/Design
• 1-2 years' experience in project/site surveyor
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD & other design software related
• Knowledge of technical MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Basic design knowledge
• Basic engineering, construction & equipment knowledge
• Understanding of project management principles, including cost and scheduling
• Experience in equipment installation
