Demand Planning Supervisor

Responsibilities
• Lead the demand forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and consistency in forecasts through data analysis and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Supervise and mentor demand planning staff, providing training and support to enhance team performance and professional development.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop and refine demand plans.
• Work closely with supply chain, production, and sales teams to align demand plans with inventory management and production schedules.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory turnover.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in demand planning and implement best practices.
• Prepare and present demand planning reports to senior management, highlighting trends, forecasts, and areas for improvement.
• Address demand-related issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks associated with supply and demand discrepancies.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Prior experience in Food and Beverage (F&B) industry preferred.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar), and advanced Excel skills.
• Possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
