About this position

Kopi Kenangan Hanya Untukmu, currently one of top 3 coffee beverage (ready-to-drink) in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing a team, and expanding our market presence within your assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to achieve Sell-Out targets and increase the number of active outlets in East Indonesia area.
• Break down distribution targets for each Sales Representative to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions for Sales Representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
• Drive improvement for underperforming team members through focused coaching initiatives.
• Provide clear direction on program focus and oversee effective execution of sales activities in the field.
• Monitor sales team performance and address challenges by providing actionable solutions.
• Oversee distributor warehouse operations, including:
• Stock monitoring
• Managing near expiry products (ED) and FEFO compliance
• Realization of product deliveries from KKHU
• Manage and monitor POSM (Point of Sale Materials), ensuring proper distribution and installation.
• Supervise sales activities for General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Food Service (FDSR) customers in the area.
• Validate new customer data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business / Finance / Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with distributor management, POSM handling, and customer data validation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and provide actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
