The Visual Merchandiser Assistant Manager/Manager is responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand and drive sales.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement compelling visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand and drive sales.
• Lead and oversee the design and flow of in-store displays, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with store management and design teams to optimize store layouts for maximum visual impact and customer flow.
• Plan and execute window displays, in-store signage, and product presentations.
• Curate product displays that showcase merchandise in an appealing and engaging manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor displays to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and manage budgets for visual merchandising initiatives.
• Identify cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior & Manager Visual Merchandising or in a similar role in Retail, FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetic.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
• Proficient in design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
