Trade Marketing Manager
About this position
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in alignment with sales and marketing objectives, managing the Trade Marketing budget, and improving brand presence through effective in-store planning and execution.
Responsibilities
• Developing strategy and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget.
• Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
• Helping set and manage the yearly promotional grid and be able merge with Retailers/partners promotional.
• Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for each retailer/partner.
• Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
• Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
• Reviewing and analyzing our promotional effectiveness and developing strategies to improve future promotions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in trade marketing.
• Strong communication in Thai and being able in English, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and making sound decisions.
• You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with some numerical data.
• Be able to adapt at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Experience in leading a Retail Business. Knowledge in makeup and beauty business would be a plus.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
