Store Manager (Beauty)
About this position
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the store’s operations, ensuring that Beauty Advisors are trained and motivated to meet sales targets while maintaining inventory levels and sales performance.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the store’s operations, ensuring Beauty Advisors (BAs) are trained and motivated to meet sales targets.
• Plan and supervise staff work schedules, including shifts, commission calculations, daily reports, and sales summaries.
• Provide guidance and training to the team to enhance their productivity and performance.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, quality, and efficient use of storage space.
• Maintain organized stockrooms to facilitate easy access and minimize damages.
• Monitor and manage in-store sales performance to meet defined targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field or higher vocational diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Store, Stock Management, or Operations Management.
• Previous experience managing teams of at least 10 people, with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well with others, coordinate, adapt, and handle changes in the workplace.
• Previous experience as a Shop Manager or Store Manager.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Ability to work on non-weekend shifts (5 days off per month).
• Experience in beauty or fashion industries is a plus.
