Retail Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retail stores to ensure smooth functionality, profitability, and high customer satisfaction.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.

• Streamline store processes for better efficiency.
• Coordinate store layouts and ensure efficient space usage.
• Oversee staffing needs, scheduling, and task allocation.
• Provide regular reports on store performance, sales, and profitability to upper management.

• Manage the operational budget, controlling expenses while maximizing revenue.
• Ensure cost-effective operations in areas like staffing, supplies, and utilities.
• Ensure that stores comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
• Regularly audit stores to ensure high operational standards are maintained.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, with 3 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading teams of 10+ people.
• Proficient in inventory control, stock management, and understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience in the beauty or fashion retail industry is preferred.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong problem-solving abilities.
