Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Analyze workflows and identify pain points in the merchandising operations, recommending actionable solutions.
• Develop and implement tools, systems, and procedures to streamline product selection, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making in merchandising operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to merchandising.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in merchandising, operations, or process improvement roles, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with ERP or merchandising software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
