Live Streaming Coordinator
About this position
The Live Streaming Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators to drive engagement and sales through live streaming, while coordinating with marketing to implement effective campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators who align with our brand values and can drive engagement and sales through live streaming.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement live streaming campaigns that promote our products and special events on various Marketplace platforms (Shopee and Lazada)
• Work closely with the content creation to ensure that all live streams are of high quality, engaging, and consistent with our brand's voice and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in e-commerce, live streaming technology, and social media to continuously innovate and improve our live streaming efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and manage collaborations with external agencies, KOLs, and content creators.
• Provide training and support to KOLs and content creators on best practices for live streaming, including technical setup and audience engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with product teams to select items for promotion and ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet the anticipated demand from live streaming sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all platform guidelines and regulations related to live streaming content.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in live streaming, social media management, influencer marketing, or a related role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Konvy, and their live streaming capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with influencers, team members, and external partners.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and live streaming software is a plus.
