About this position
The Key Account – Marketing Solution position focuses on driving growth for official sellers through strategic marketing initiatives, developing tailored commercial proposals, and fostering strong relationships with partners.
Responsibilities
• Grew official sellers' GMV YoY for dedicated campaigns, e.g. platform campaign, double digit campaign, & brand's own campaign
• Initiate marketing strategic plan and package for partners to grow their business on our platform
• Develop commercial proposal that are tailor-made to increase revenue
• Unlock new advertising solutions with partners and internal cross functional team
• Pitching marketing plans and negotiating deal with win-win solutions for all
• Conduct market research and competitor relevant market analysis and reports for management
• Developing and maintaining a good relationship with existing and new partners
• Present key learning on each campaign, identifying rooms for improvement and develop new initiative strategies for partners
• Coordinated with various functions to carry out campaigns including Marketing, Commercial, Data Analytics, and Business Development Support team
• Monitor and report on partners progress, budget, and timeline
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in related fields
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in Marketing / Key Account Management
• Excellent presentation and presentation skill
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experienced in beauty retail (online/offline) would be a huge advantage
• Mature, self-driven, responsible, a Can-Do attitude and a passion for creative works and marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and able to problem solve as well as multitask well
