E-Commerce Operation Administrative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Admin to support the seamless execution of online operations and promotions. This role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth content management, pricing strategies, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with design teams to brief and review artwork for promotional materials, including feed updates and campaign creatives.
• Regularly update and maintain content on vertical pages to ensure accurate and engaging product information and promotions.
• Handle purchase requisitions and perform administrative tasks, including payment processing.
• Ensure timely submission and tracking of all administrative documentation.
• Assist in pricing strategies by conducting competitive research and implementing effective pricing to maximize profitability.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce operations or a similar administrative role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of pricing strategies and market research is an advantage.
