Customer service Assistant Manager
About this position
The Customer Service Assistant Manager is responsible for managing a customer service team, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting escalations while tracking performance and initiating projects.
Responsibilities
• Manage a customer service team on a day-to-day basis & support for escalations.
• Manage the team effectively and track daily, weekly and monthly performance report.
• Identify team performance that any good or bad and need to improve to meet the target.
• Ensure the operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Skilled in monitoring real time operation, system issue and crisis management.
• Proficient in project management, system improvement and task tracking.
• Excellent in stakeholders management both internal and external teams (Logistics, Warehouse etc.).
• Responsibility on initiate project or project assigned from Manager or Head of Customer Service.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Good in English.
• Minimum 5 years in the Customer service or Customer experience or related field.
• Experience in Beauty retail, E-Commerce or Marketplace platforms.
• Excellent in Data Analysis skills & Communication skills.
• Familiar with Project management & Process improvement.
• Self-motivated with result oriented, Problem-solving skills, Time management, High responsibility.
