Go to Market Specialist(Chinese & English Speaking) - (Konnet)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Drive the go-to-market strategy and commercialization for brand products, and develop creative go-to-market plans with internal departments and external partners.
• Create the Purchase-Sell-Out-Inventory forecast plan, and monitor respective products during product lifecycle management.
• Responsible for the overall movement of stock, set a forecast format to prevent out-of-stock or over-stock.
• Assist brand manager in controlling product margin, making promotion plans, and mitigating cross-platform price conflicts.
• Conduct market surveys and update competition analysis as the decision-making input.
• Manage product lifecycle, be the product owner throughout the pre-list to off-shelf process.
• Coordinating with product, branding, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and stable sales.
• Assisting with other brand management activities.
Requirements
• Marketing-related knowledge or experience: able to generate consumer insights, consumer persona, and consumer acquiring techniques; market benchmarking, including market segmentation, competitive analysis, etc.
• Leadership and people skills: Ensure cross-department collaboration, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process.
• Project management skills: Outline the complete go-to-market strategy and project plan, assign launch responsibilities to team members; Assist in setting up measurement milestones and KPIs for product launch activities.
• Good educational background.
• Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, beauty, or project management will be a plus.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
