About this position

In KONE, the Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist (Thai Speaker) role focuses on supporting business performance excellence through KONE Business Services (KBS). This position primarily targets blue-collar recruitment while also extending support to engineer and manager-level searches, emphasizing sourcing, screening, and talent pipelining.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates, creating a talent pool, mapping candidates mainly for technician positions through different sourcing channels.
• Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers.
• Scope covers mostly blue-collar recruitment and will support engineer, and manager-level searches when required.
• Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the KONE culture and strategy.
• Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments.
• Work on proactive talent pipelining projects.
• Run reference checks when needed.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Might manage the recruitment process end-to-end when required.
• Collaborate with other HR teams e.g. Unit HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent HR services for the organization.
• Monitor the business environment and seek information on workforce trends on an ongoing basis to discuss further recommendations together with the HR CoE team.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in Human resources, Business administration, or relevant will be considered.
• Experience and knowledge in different HR processes with a special focus on one of the following areas of expertise is an advantage: recruitment, sourcing, and headhunting.
• Minimum 2 years sourcing experience with RPO or recruitment agency.
• Excellent English.
• Able to communicate in Thai.
• Able to relocate to Malaysia.
