About this position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for formulating, monitoring, controlling, and implementing all human resource functions
• Assist in implementing and controlling company policies and programs
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management/Psychology) from a reputable university, with IPK min. 3.00
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• English and computer literate is a must
• Active English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must (proven experience working with expatriate / international exposure would be an advantage)
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (proven experience as HR Generalist)
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
• Have a commercial understanding and experience
• Involved in managing employment conditions and other employee related issues
• Possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate effectively to all levels with clarity and authority
• Effective communication and presentation skills, confidently present to all levels and effectively transfer a message
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business-focused analysis and decisions
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical tasks and communicate results back to management
• Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
• Self-starter, self-motivated, fast learner, an open-minded person and willing to be developed, responsible, hard worker, organized, high attention to detail, multitasking, able to work individually as well as in a team
• A natural affiliation with a fast-paced environment
• Applicant must be willing to work in Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java
