Sales Supervisor
About this position
The Sales Supervisor position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent, along with relevant experience in sales, particularly in the food industry or FMCG.
Responsibilities
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent, with min. IPK 2.75 from reputable university
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent in a Food Industry / FMCG (would be an advantage)
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, ERP
• Strong leadership and managerial skill
• Excellent communication skill to interact successfully within your network, interpersonal skill, proactive, ability to work individually as well as in a team, hard worker, responsible, and able to work within target and deadline
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment
