About this position

The Sales Supervisor position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of experience in sales, and strong leadership skills. The role involves managing and achieving sales targets independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and achieve sales targets independently
• Interact successfully within your network
• Work individually as well as in a team
• Demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills
• Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive, hardworking, responsible, and able to work within target and deadline
• Utilize entrepreneurial and self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage sales proactively in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with min. IPK 2.75 from reputable university
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Specialization in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent in a Food Industry / FMCG is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
