About this position

The Foreman Quality Assurance position requires a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Microbiology and proficiency in technical analysis of physics, chemistry, and microbiology. The candidate should also have leadership skills and be familiar with laboratory equipment and water treatment techniques.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and delegating tasks
• Empowering team members
• Coordinating and communicating effectively
• Operating laboratory equipment
• Handling clean water processing, waste, and calibration
• Sampling incoming processes
• Understanding GMP, BRC, FSSC, and HACCP standards
• Working in shifts

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Biology/Microbiology
• Proficiency in technical analysis of physics, chemistry, and microbiology
• Familiarity with statistical analysis
• Ability to operate laboratory equipment
• Knowledge of clean water processing, waste, and calibration techniques
• Understanding of sampling incoming processes
• Leadership skills in task assignment, empowerment, coordination, and communication
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Familiarity with GMP, BRC, FSSC, and HACCP standards
• No prior work experience required
• Must have a valid ID card
