Customer Service - Shipment Coordinator, Asia Pacific
About this position
Responsibilities
• Stakeholder for Asia Consolidation Hub (Shanghai WGQ) including daily operation, process enhancement, container loading ratio, cost review, approval and payment.
• Export documentation processing in align with compliance requirements
• APAC Logistic Accrual and monthly payment alignment with business finance, continuous logistic solution provider.
• Tax-refund processor with cooperate Tax
• Provide quality service and act as a key contact point for Kohler Distributors.
• Performance accurate system entry on inquiries, quotations, orders and other related document in a timely manner
• Process and track inquiries, quotations, orders and other procedures by coordination with different departments according to the Company Policy and Standard Operation Procedure
• Communicate with internal departments eg. Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to perform coordination on internal processes
• Liaise with internal plants on the production, delivery and shipment schedule to meet the delivery request from customers.
• Communicate with external customers on all customer service related issues
• To assist supervisor to provide the sales report and other reports requested.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
• College or above graduate with good language skills, major in International Trading is an added asset
• 2 years previous experience with international logistics business
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software’s
• Good Interpersonal/Communication skills
• Experience with SAP system
• Be able to work under pressure
