Customer Service Correspondent, Asia Pacific
About this position
Under the supervision of the Supervisor- Customer Service, Asia Pacific, responsible for quotation/order processing and daily communication with internal departments and external customers.
Responsibilities
• Provide quality service and act as a key contact point for Kohler Distributors.
• Performance accurate system entry on inquiries, quotations, orders and other related document in a timely manner.
• Process and track inquiries, quotations, orders and other procedures by coordination with different departments according to the Company Policy and Standard Operation Procedure.
• Communicate with internal departments eg. Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to perform coordination on internal processes.
• Liaise with internal plants on the production, delivery and shipment schedule to meet the delivery request from customers.
• Communicate with external customers on all customer service related issues.
• To assist supervisor to provide the sales report and other reports requested.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
• College or above graduate with good language skills, major in International Trading is an added asset.
• 2 years previous experience with import/export trading or international logistics business.
• Fluency in both oral and written English.
• Familiar with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software’s.
• Good Interpersonal/Communication skills.
• Experience with SAP system.
• Be able to work under pressure.
