About this position

The Asst. Manager – Production position in Saraburi involves overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, managing resources, and improving safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• To control working mold quality within quality specification to supply to production
• To manage people and other resources to achieve the daily plan
• To improve safety, yield, quality, productivity in area.
• Budget control for materials supply.
• To plan working mold supply to production
• Key communication with production team and planning team to meet KOHLER operation target
• Compliance with safety regulations and policies of the company.
• Reduce and prevent problems affecting the environment from occurring or are likely to arise from work.
• To involve in activities with management team e.g. KAIZEN, 5S, Best Practices and good workplace experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Ceramic Engineering or material science or any release.
• 10 years ‘or above experience in ceramic manufacturing.
• Basic people management 5 years or above.
