Maintenance Engineer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machine equipment to ensure smooth production operations in the automotive manufacturing plant.
• Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and components required for machine equipment maintenance and repair.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize machine reliability.
• Analyze downtime incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide technical support to production teams to minimize disruptions.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to maintenance activities in the automotive manufacturing plant.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Knowledge of computer skills (E-mail & Internet, Microsoft Office, PLC Program).
• Good command of the English language.
• Attention to detail, able to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills, agility, result orientation, and problem-solving.
• Has a certificate of person responsible for energy is preferred.
