About this position

As a Strategic Planner in our agency, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective strategies for our clients' digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, aligning with their overall business goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, market trends, and competitors to identify key insights and opportunities that inform strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand their brand positioning, target audience profiles, and campaign objectives, translating them into actionable strategies.
• Generate strategic briefs that outline campaign objectives, target audience insights, messaging, and creative direction to guide the creative team in developing compelling digital assets.
• Provide strategic guidance and recommendations throughout the creative development process, ensuring that campaign concepts and executions align with the established strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, conducting regular analysis and reporting to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our agency's capabilities and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, participate in pitches, and contribute strategic insights and ideas to win and retain clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts or related fields.
• Proven experience (1 years) working in a strategic planning role within a agency.
• Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights gathering to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex strategies and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to drive results.
• Be highly self-motivated, well organized and be a good team player.
