Responsibilities
• Lead the development of big ideas that drive impactful, multi-platform campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of creative ideas, including storyboards, key visuals, and content plans, ensuring they align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
• Provide strategic and hands-on creative direction, from initial concept to final execution, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Inspire and mentor a team of creatives, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with strategy team to ensure alignment between creative work and business goals.
• Present concepts, pitches, and key visuals to clients with clarity and confidence, securing their buy-in for bold creative directions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating fresh insights into campaign development and elevating creative solutions.
• Review and approve all creative outputs, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and effectiveness across channels.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Copywriter, Senior Art Director, or equivalent role in a creative agency.
• Proven ability to craft and execute big ideas and creative concepts, with experience in developing storyboards, key visuals, and multi-channel campaign assets.
• Strong leadership skills, with a history of managing and mentoring creative teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch ideas and inspire both internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in creative tools and software, with a solid understanding of the creative production process across all media.
• A strategic mindset, able to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
