About this position
The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for engaging with prospective clients, implementing sales strategies, and fostering long-term client relationships to maximize opportunities in luxury real estate.
Responsibilities
• Initiate and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximize opportunities.
• Endeavor to effectively present, guide, and showcase properties to clients.
• Follow up with potential clients, persuade, and negotiate business deals.
• Assess clients' needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable options.
• Execute other tasks as assigned by Sale Manager.
Requirements
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Proven experience in Luxury Real Estate at least 3 years.
• Good computer skills.
• Presentable with very good communication skills.
