About this position

The Senior Property Analyst is responsible for analyzing site development potential, conducting market research, and evaluating financial feasibility for various property sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the site development potential under the current laws and regulations for each property sector.
• Conducting property market research and collecting data (for residential, commercial and industrial property sectors).
• Elaborating property market reports.
• Evaluating the financial feasibility of property developments – Cash-flow analysis (IRR, NPV).

Requirements

• English (high speaking and writing skills) - Studies abroad.
• Background in real estate, valuation, finance, architecture, and/or research;
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
• Understanding the property market and main performance indicators in each sector.
• Understanding of property valuation.
• Able to conduct a financial/cash-flow analysis (IRR, NPV, etc.)
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Driving license.
• Good attitude.
