About this position
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Ensure that all deliverables are completed in line with project timelines and in accordance with company and industry best practice.
• Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.
• Create and maintain accurate, orderly, and up-to-date files and records of project documentation, including, contracts, scope of work, schedules, and communication.
• Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project status, milestones, and deadlines.
• Understand clients needs and expectations, ensuring the project aligns with them and address clients concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor project progress, identify any delays, issues, or potential risks, and proactively highlight them to the project manager or technical team.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to clients outlining, key milestones, challenges, and next steps.
• Conduct primary research where required as critical inputs to project work.
• Update and source secondary data to ensure project information is current and accurate.
• Keep abreast of key trends and developments in real estate and PPP sectors, regionally and globally.
• Prepare business cases, including strategic, economic, and financial studies.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries within the team.
• Contribute to business development efforts and attend networking events as required.
• Cross sell opportunities into regional and global teams and liaise with internal departments to coordinate inputs and reports.
• Ensure that all work adheres to the highest quality standards both locally and internationally.
• Build and maintain trust, confidentiality, and strong relationship with clients to foster a professional image of the Partnership.
• Perform other tasks as needed, depending on the project and business requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in projects coordination, preferably in the real estate sector. Previous experience in the KSA market and an understanding of its regulatory environment is preferred.
• Strong Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to write reports, proposals, and progress updates.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
